Features:
1. This machine adopt Japan Mitsubishi and Panasonic accessaries, and Taiwan Weinview brand 7 inch screen touch display, it is convenient for mechanical motion editing, stable and durable.
2. Special customized cylinder, with super pressure, the air pressure is strong and stable between 5-7KG.
3. Hot stamping pressure, temperature, speed, time all can be adjusted.
4. This machine also adopt professional accessories from energy industry,working with servo driver table it can move left-right in stable rotation.
5. The fixture base angle and front-back position can be adjusted.
6. Automatic feeding and receiving paper; starting position can be adjusted. This machine adopt German JSCC Tension Motor, working with magnetic powder brake can make it more accurate and more stable.
7. We add a photoelectric (Taiwan Yangming electric eye, with 250 times high precision motion per second) to realize accurate tracking control of thermal transfer paper with positioning point.
8. Our company heat transfer machine body were squeezed out as a whole by mould, it is high precision, high strengthen. Up-down height is adjustable, it can be used to print larger 20L 30mm diameter round bucket. We adopt Taiwan MINDMAN solenoid valve for precise control; Germany NASS coil are stable and durable.
