    Thick coating is possible. (General stencil: 10-30 microns, Special stencil: more than 100 microns)

Malfunction4: The screen printing machine running speed is abnormal.

The cylinder of screen printing machine runs too fast.

Reason:

  1. The compressed air pressure is too high. Solution:Adjust it to the low side.
  2. The piston runs too fast. Solution:Adjust the one direction throttle valve.

The cylinder of the screen printing machine strikes fiercely

  1. The cushioning of the cylinder is not enough. Solution:Adjust the cushioning index to the high side.
  2. The shock absorber is broken. Solution:Replace it.

The cylinder of screen printing machine runs too slowly.

Reason:

1. The compressed air pressure is too low. Solution: Adjust it to the high side.

Malfunction6: The semi-automatic screen printing machine has no action.

If the screen printing machines witches on the power switch and the indicator on the IC panel lights up, the machine has no action.  

Reason:

  1. Disconnected to the compressed air source. Solution: Connect to the compressed air source.
  2. The pressure meter indicates very low pressure. Solution: Adjust it to the high side.
  3. Hand-operated valve for the compressed air input is not turned on. Solution: Turn it on.
  4. The cylinder is blocked by some dust particles. Solution: Clear the dust particles.

Malfunction7: The semi-automatic screen printing machine has no action.

If the screen printing machines witches on the power switch but the indicator on the IC panel does not lights up, the machine has no action.  

Reason:

  1. Disconnected to the electrical source. Solution:  Connect to the electrical Source.
  2. The voltage input is abnormal. Solution: Check the voltage.
  3. The fuse is broken off. Solution: Replace the fuse.

Malfunction8:

The vacuum worktable of screen printing machine can’t working.

Reason: The motor of vacuum broken or Electromagnetic valve broken
